For me, cooking has always been about people.

After years of working in professional kitchens, I realized I wanted to create something of my own — a way of cooking that gave me the freedom to be more creative, more personal, and more present with every guest.

I wanted the freedom to listen to my guests and give each experience the time and attention it deserves.

That’s why I chose my own path as a private chef — to create each experience around the people in front of me, their tastes, their celebration and the moment they want to create.
