My journey in the kitchen began 27 years ago with traditional Italian cuisine, learning it from the ground up — handmade pastas, pizzas, lasagna, fresh salads and wood-fired cuts. Along the way, I also had the privilege of learning the foundations of classic French cuisine.
Those years shaped the way I cook today. I believe great food doesn’t need to be complicated. It starts with quality ingredients, solid technique and respect for the classics. Trends come and go, but for me, nothing compares to food made with time, passion and heart
